Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with AM Analytical. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Changes of mind

If you simply change your mind, you may return the item for a refund within 14 days of delivery. Returned units must be unused, with original packaging and tags intact. The cost of return postage for change‑of‑mind refunds will be covered by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

2. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If the item you received is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with details and a photo or short video showing the malfunction. We will provide a prepaid returns label and arrange for either a full refund, or a replacement item (or exchange to a different size/model which meets requirements) at no extra cost.

3. How to return

Email us at lwme.europe@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return and photos (if applicable). We will send you a returns reference and instructions. Please send items to:

Ensure the package is trackable and insured.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect it, we aim to process your refund within 7 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, unless you request store credit. If the customer chooses store credit, we may issue it as a voucher valid for 12 months.

5. Excluded items (“Final Sale”)

The following items cannot be returned for change‑of‑mind refunds:
- Customised or personalised items.
- Hygiene‑sensitive goods (e.g., sealed items once opened).
- Items clearly marked “Final Sale” at purchase.

If such an item is faulty, you are still entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under UK consumer law.

6. Condition of returns

Returned goods must be in the same condition you received them. We reserve the right to refuse a refund where items are damaged by the customer, used beyond reasonable inspection or missing components.

7. Shipping refunds

If you are entitled to a shipping cost refund (e.g., item was faulty), we will refund the standard shipping charge you paid. Additional shipping charges incurred for the return will be borne by us only if agreed in advance.

Legal Notes (UK) — What You Must Know

• Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (for distance sales) consumers have a 14‑day “cooling‑off” right to cancel most online purchases.
• Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, consumers have the right to a refund, repair or replacement if goods are faulty, mis‑described or not fit for purpose — typically within six months of purchase.
• You are free to offer more generous terms (e.g., 30‑day returns for change of mind) but you cannot offer less than the statutory minimum.
• The policy must be clearly displayed in your store (accessible before purchase).
