Portable for ultimate ease of use in the vet surgery or hospital, zoo or the field, the AM-VSX-180K offers the perfect combination of robust quality, ideal capacity and ease of use for the weighing of both small and large domestic animals.
A high precision weighing machine with a large platform - 95cm x 50cm, this scale is designed to measure the weight of moving animals within a weighing range which extends through to 180KG.
It is controlled by software that allows the Dynamic Weighing of moving animals up to 180KG. The animal’s movements are averaged out from a series of instant measurements and once the scale is stable the final weight can be frozen using the [Hold] key. The bright, backlit five-key display can easily be wall-mounted as required.
The AM-VSX-180K series is calibrated at the factory and should generally not need re-calibration. However, the unique Anycal® calibration software enables the user to calibrate the scale using any known mass - perhaps even the user's own known weight or a bag of feed.
